Let´s cook something delicious and healthy... just ten minutes and they will be ready. Green asparagus is high fibre and is also full of flavour.
It's an ideal dish for children. In Spain we have asparagus at barbecues, and accompanying meat or fish.All you need is a frying pan to make this tasty dish at home.
Ingredients:

250 g green asparagus
50 ml extra virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Difficulty and cooking time:
Easy
15 minutes
Preparation:
Wash the asparagus, cut the lower side and save the tips.
Put the extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and add the asparagus and the salt
Cook them for 10 minutes, removing occasionally.
Ready to enjoy them?
Fast, simple and delicious.
