Garlic King Prawns

Hello everyone! If you like seafood and spicy flavours you have to try this dish, I really love it! However if you don´t like spicy food you can cook this recipe without adding the cayenne peppers. I always do this when my son is having lunch at home.
It doesn't take long to prepare it and it's really tasty. In Spain we usually have garlic king prawns or shrimps as a starter dish. They have to be served hot, just after cooking them. We cook and serve this dish on a clay pot, although you can use a frying pan as well.

Ingredients:

Serves 3

600 g. raw peeled king prawns
4 cloves of garlic
3 cayenne peppers
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
Salt

Difficulty and cooking time:

Easy
15 minutes

Preparation:

Peel and chop the garlic.

Put the extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and the 3 cayenne peppers. Cook over a medium heat for a couple of minutes until the garlic is done.

 Add the raw king prawns.

And then add as much salt as you like.

Cook them over a high heat, stirring occasionally until they are done. (It takes between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on their size)

Ready! Don´t forget to serve them hot.

I'm sure you are going to enjoy them.
See you soon!
